 Cashflow Finance

We have access to a unique facility that enables a professional practice to realise funds at the point of invoice rather than waiting for the clients to make payment (anytime upto 90 days from invoice). The facility enables you to draw 75% of the value of your sales ledger (to business clients) at the inception and then ongoing as each invoice is raised. The remaining 25% is received once the debt is fully settled by the client.

Most professionals would also recognise that when an invoice is raised that the work has already been complete for some time. In some cases this facility enables your practice to raise invoices for work in progress and be paid as costs are incurred rather than when the job is finished.

The simplicity of this scheme is that the administration is simple and is completely confidential. That is; your clients will have no knowledge of the funder’s involvement and all credit control is still handled directly by yourselves. The only security taken is the sales ledger of your business related customers.

This is a fantastic new product that is replacing traditional overdraft facilities and provides increases in working capital as the sales ledger grows without reference to the funder.
